Why I Love My Neck

My neck is the best.
It’s better than all my other parts.
It sends messages from my head.
Brain says, “Move your arms”
And they move.
It commands, “Walk to the right,”
And my feet walk.
Without my neck,
I couldn’t carry my head around.
No swallowing,
No eating,
No drinking,
No wiggling,
No talking in class.
In fact, I wouldn’t even be able to live
Because my head wouldn’t be there!
With my neck sending the spinal cord signals,
I can help others,
Make them laugh,
Play with friends,
Walk and talk kindly,
And hug my mom and dad.
That’s why my neck goes good with me.
